Subject to consumer-protection rules on jurisdiction (Article 18 of Regulation (EU) 1215/2012, Brussels I recast), Bulgarian courts at our registered seat have jurisdiction over non-consumer disputes.
We are not obliged to, and do not undertake to, participate in any specific alternative-dispute-resolution scheme beyond the statutory framework described above.
Sales of subscriptions and digital content to end users take place through the Google Play Store, which acts as the merchant of record for most EU/EEA consumer purchases. Google Play handles VAT collection and invoicing under the applicable EU VAT rules (OSS/IOSS). The MindLotus App is distributed globally through the Google Play Store, subject only to the countries in which Google Play itself is available. It is offered to Consumers and Business users in all such jurisdictions.
The trader (Zadio EOOD) is established in the Republic of Bulgaria (EU Member State). All commercial activity is conducted from Bulgaria.
The data controller for personal data processed in connection with the App is Zadio EOOD, established in Bulgaria (EU). Irrespective of the user’s country of residence, personal data is anchored within the European Union by default:

Consumers resident in the EU/EEA benefit from the mandatory consumer-protection rights set out in our Terms of Service Section 4 and Refund & Withdrawal Policy, irrespective of any forum-selection or choice-of-law provision. Consumers resident outside the EU/EEA benefit from the non-waivable consumer-protection rights of their country of habitual residence to the extent provided by local mandatory law.
