This Audio Content License Agreement (“Content License”) governs your access to and use of audio content provided within the MindLotus application (“App”) by Zadio EOOD. This Content License is an integral part of the MindLotus Terms of Service.
This Content License applies to all audio content made available by the Company within the App, including:
This Content License does NOT apply to audio files you supply from your own device (“User Content”). User Content remains under your ownership and control, subject to Section 6 of the Terms of Service.
Certain audio files are included at installation. Access is included with any active Subscription or Free Trial at no additional cost.
The MindLotus Library may include content at no additional cost beyond your Subscription. Availability may change over time.
Individual audio items may be unlocked for a one-time fee via in-app purchase through Google Play.
Upon accessing free content through your Subscription, or upon payment for Marketplace content, the Company grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access, download (within the App), and listen to the applicable content, solely for personal, non-commercial use.
All Content is licensed, not sold. No payment transfers ownership of any audio file, recording, composition, or intellectual-property right.
You may NOT:
Violation may result in immediate termination of your license, without prejudice to our rights to seek damages and other remedies.
The App requires an active Subscription to function. Content access is inherently dependent on maintaining an active Subscription or Free Trial.
Upon resubscription, all previously unlocked Marketplace content and available Library content will be restored, subject to continued availability (see Section 7).
All Content downloaded within the App is stored in the App’s private storage directory — accessible only to MindLotus, not visible in your device’s file manager, and automatically removed on uninstall.
The App does not provide any feature to export, save, or transfer Content to external storage, other apps, or cloud services. This is intentional and by design.
We endeavor to maintain availability of all Content but do not guarantee any specific item will remain available indefinitely. Content may be updated, temporarily unavailable, or removed due to licensing changes or legal requirements.
If we permanently remove Marketplace content you have purchased, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users and may offer substitute content. Where required by applicable consumer law (Directive (EU) 2019/770 and Bulgarian DCA), we will provide the remedies set out in Section 4 of the Terms of Service (bring into conformity, price reduction, or termination with reimbursement).
New Content may be added to the Library and Marketplace at any time. New premium content may require separate purchase.
Some Content may be created or enhanced using AI technologies. You acknowledge that:
Where required by Article 50 of the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), AI-generated or materially AI-altered audio is labelled within the App.
Some Content may be sourced from or created with third-party artists, composers, or content providers under license to the Company. It is subject to the same restrictions as all other Content.
All Content is either originally created by or for the Company, licensed from third parties under appropriate agreements, or generated using AI tools under terms permitting commercial distribution.

Without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights (see Section 4 of the Terms of Service and the Bulgarian DCA), ALL CONTENT IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. The Company does not warrant uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or that Content will achieve any particular therapeutic result.
Audio content is for personal wellness, relaxation, and entertainment only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
Your Content license terminates automatically if:
This Content License is governed by the substantive laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, with the same consumer-protection carve-out, venue, and dispute-resolution provisions as the Terms of Service (Section 15).
