This Cookie Policy explains how Zadio EOOD uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies on the MindLotus website (mindlotus.app) and within the MindLotus mobile application (“App”). It is issued pursuant to Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy Directive), Article 4b of the Bulgarian Electronic Communications Act, and Articles 13–14 of the GDPR.

1. What are cookies and similar technologies?

“Cookies” are small text files placed on your device by a website you visit. “Similar technologies” include HTML5 local storage, session storage, IndexedDB, pixel tags, software-development kits (SDKs), and fingerprinting techniques. Collectively we refer to these as “trackers”. The ePrivacy rules apply to any storage of, or access to, information on a user’s terminal equipment, regardless of the specific technology used.

3. Trackers used on the website (mindlotus.app)

The MindLotus website is designed to be privacy-respecting by default. It is static HTML served over HTTPS.

No first-party cookies are set by the website.
No third-party advertising or analytics cookies are loaded.
Fonts are delivered via your operating system’s native font stack; no external font CDN (such as Google Fonts) is used — so no IP address is shared with external font providers.
No social-media widgets, pixel tags, or tracking beacons.
Server access logs may retain IP address and user-agent for a short period for security and anti-abuse purposes on our legitimate-interest basis (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Logs are typically retained for 14 days and are not used for profiling.
Your browser may, on its own, set or cache data locally (HTTP cache, DNS cache, browser history). We do not control those mechanisms.

Because no non-essential trackers are used on the website, no cookie-consent banner is required. Should this change, we will update this policy and implement a compliant consent mechanism.

4. Trackers used in the App

App-private local storage (preferences, subscription state, downloaded content). Removed on uninstall. Required for the App to function (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
Firebase SDKs (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Messaging, Remote Config, Crashlytics, Analytics). Purposes and legal bases are set out in our Privacy Policy.
Firebase Analytics is strictly opt-in and is disabled by default. Enable or disable at any time in Settings → Analytics without detriment.

5. Managing your preferences

5.1 Website

Use your browser’s settings to block or delete cookies. Since we do not set non-essential cookies, most users will have nothing to delete from our domain. We honour privacy-enhancing browser signals (DNT, GPC) to the extent technically feasible.

5.2 App

Disable analytics: Settings → Analytics → Off.
Disable push notifications: device system settings for the MindLotus app.
Delete all local storage: uninstall the App.
Request cloud deletion: email mindlotus.app@gmail.com.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date. If we introduce categories of trackers requiring consent, we will implement an appropriate consent mechanism.
